Innovation Chain North (ICN) is a framework for construction and associated professional services procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is OJEU compliant.
It has been designed to support the delivery of new homes and associated social infrastructure across the North of England.
The framework includes lots for contractors, associated professional services as well as a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of Modular Homes.

Innovation Chain North (ICN) aims to place a greater emphasis on social value, so that every call off from the framework will positively impact the wider economy.
The framework tender evaluation process applied a 10% weighting for social value.
Innovation Chain North (ICN) geographically covers the North of England, from Cumbria and Northumberland in the north to Lincolnshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire in the south.
ICN consists of contractor lots, consultant lots and a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of modular housing.
The contractor lots are split by value and geography; the consultant lots are split geographically and the Modular DPS covers the whole of the north of England.
Membership of ICN is open to those who will seek to deliver mixed use housing and associated social infrastructure schemes within specific geographic regions.
